Where is my order?
You can check your order status by logging into your A1Outlet account. Click here to login to your A1Outlet account and look up the status of all your past and present orders with A1Outlet. Please note that it may take some time for very recent orders to appear in your account as they are being processed in our system.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Sellers on A1Outlet will specify the time they would require to process and ship an item. The "Handling Time" field next to the listing for each item will specify the processing time of the order. Please note that this is not the actual delivery time and does not include weekends and holidays. You will also receive information about the order handling time in your confirmation email from A1Outlet when you make a purchase. We will also notify you when the order processing is complete and the order is shipped.

Can sellers on A1Outlet ship to non-US locations?
Some sellers also ship internationally. For international purchases, please look for the International Shipping symbol next to the seller while on the item detail page. All sellers will ship the items within the specified time. Usually, electronics are not shipped to non-US locations due to trade restrictions.

What method is used to ship my order to me?
All items for orders within the US will be shipped using standard shipping methods. This helps us keep your shipping charges low.

Can an order be rushed or expedited?
Expedited shipping may be offered by some sellers and will be noted as such if available.Please look for the Expedited Shipping symbol next to the seller while on the item detail page.

Can my shipping be combined?
Shipping can not be combined at this time as you may buy one item from one seller and another item from a completely different seller. At this time there is not an option for sellers to combine shipping either.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered to me?
The total time between your order being placed and it being delivered to you can be divided as follows :

Total Time = Handling Time + Delivery Time

Standard order processing time ranges from a few hours to 3 business days. The handling time will be stated next to the item. They vary from seller to seller.Standard Delivery time is 4-14 days for delivery within the United States and 14-21 days to other international locations.Expedited shipping can take up to an estimated 6 days to reach you in addition to the handling time. We also have sellers who are located outside of the United States but are generally good in letting buyers know how long it will take to get their items.

How much is shipping?
Shipping varies and is left to the sole descretion of the seller. Most sellers ship standard ground and while it helps keeps the cost to the buyer low, it may take a up to 14 business days within the US to reach you via mail and up to 21 if being shipped outside of the country unless otherwise stated. Expedited shipping while more will get the item to you at an estimated 6 business days and in some cases less.

Upon processing your order we will send you an order confirmation. Your order will be shipped within the specified time on the listing for the item in your order confirmation. If we cannot ship your order within the specified time, we will notify you in writing, via email, of the reason for, and duration of, the expected delay and provide you with an option to either wait for the delivery of the order or cancel your order and receive a full refund. If you have not received your order within a reasonable time (look above for the amount of time it takes to deliver your shipment depending on the mode of shipment), please contact the seller directly as they will be able to give you the most up to date information. Their contact info is located on the "Your order with A1Outlet" email you received and also can be accessed by logging into your account.
If after 48 hours, you have not received a response from the seller, please contact seller@a1outlet.com so we can investigate the order.

Does A1Outlet offer discounts on the items sold?
Most items listed on our website from different sellers are discounted off their list price as seen on the item detail page. In addition to the regular discounts, we may also run offers from time to time where we offer our customer extra saving on eligible purchases. Please refer to the promotions listed on our main page for more details. We are confident that you will find the combination of our prices, special offers and prompt service, the best value for your money.


How can I pay for my purchase on a1outlet.com?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also accept payments through Paypal,Amazon Checkout and Google Checkout.

How safe is it to submit my credit card information on a1outlet.com?
Submitting your credit card and personal information on this Site is completely safe. Any information you enter on our accounts setup page is encrypted before transmission to our server. You can safely enter your credit card and personal registration information and it cannot be read in transit to our server. This encryption is certified by Verisign. This site is tested and certified daily to pass the "McAfee Secure" Security Scan. Please note that no a1outlet employee will ever send you an email asking you for your credit card number nor should a seller. If a seller does ask you for additional money, please contact us immediately.

If you get an error message when you try to use the secure server, it may be because you've run into a firewall. Ask your system administrator to reconfigure it. (You can say that the port for Secure HTTP, 443, needs to be opened up.)


Can I cancel my order?
When an order is placed, the seller of that item gets an email stating that their item sold. Some sellers may pick the item and prepare it for shipping right away. In the event that you need to cancel an order, it is recommended that you contact the seller directly to see if the order has shipped and can be cancelled.Since they are the ones shipping, they will have the most up to date information on your order. If they have shipped already, they will be able to provide you with their return policy.

Why was my ordered cancelled?
When an order is cancelled by a seller, an email will be sent to you through our system explaining the reasoning for the need to cancel. We here at A1Outlet value our buyers and want their confidence in that what they order shall be recieved. We take steps the needed steps to monitor the seller's cancellations and refunds and assist when needed.

How long does it take for me to get a refund on an order that has been cancelled?
When an order is cancelled, the seller will refund through their A1Outlet seller account and ultimately A1Outlet will refund your sale according to the method of payment you used. Once A1Oulet initiates the refund, it may take 2-4 business days to appear on your credit card or bank account depending on the speed of their internal system.


What is your return policy ?
Return policies vary from seller to seller. Please review their return policy during the check out process to avoid any confusion.
In the event that you do need to return an item, you will need to contact the seller directly to begin the process. Once they receive the merchandise, they will refund the partial or full amount through their A1Outlet seller account and ultimately A1Outlet will refund your sale according to the method of payment you used. Once A1Oulet initiates the refund, it may take 2-4 business days to appear on your credit card or bank account depending on the speed of their internal system.
We highly recommend using a trackable carrier when sending an item back.

Feedback is a measure of user's standing in the online community. Before making a purchase, you can view comments and all the positive and negative feedback submitted by previous buyers.

Any time you make a purchase from A1Outlet, you're encouraged to rate the performance and leave a short comment. You can leave a positive comment or a negative comment, depending on the transaction experience. You have 90 days after the close of your transaction to leave your rating and comments. Please do not list any personal information such as your phone number or email address as it will be visable in the feedback section.
